Job Description

Site Engineer - Groundworks. This is an ongoing project and you will be required to set out for all the external hard and soft landscaping. The building work is nearing completion and the work involves 2 - 3 months work providing the finishing touches.

An Engineer is required with a broad engineering background capable of organising the Engineering elements of this site through the various phases. A tertiary level Engineering qualification would be expected. Previous experience with one of the recognised Groundworks contractors would be preferred.

The Contractor is recognised as a successful groundworks contractor working in the south of England, throughout London and the Home Counties. You will need good communication skills, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent the Contractor in a professional manner.

This is a 2-3 month project duration and the Contractor is seeking a committed candidate for the role. A 5 or 5.5 day week will operate. You must have a current CSCS card and ideally you should be a car driver as the site is not close to public transport links.
