BBT are seeking a Site Manager with experience in all aspects of Building, Building Services, Fitout etc, for work on various projects ranging in value from £5-£25M.

Applicants should have the confidence to communicate on all levels and have team leading skills, able to work well individually or as part of a team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all sub contractors and suppliers plans and procedures are compatible with the discharge of the client’s obligations and responsibilities.
  
• Manage and implement the whole quality process in accordance with the Quality Plan.
  
• Be pro-active in obtaining design information with required time-scales for production work.
  
• Be responsible and co-operate with the Project Manager to ensure work is planned and undertaken in accordance with the Project Safety, Health and Environmental Plan.
  
• Ensure that the subcontractor suppliers contractual programmes are within the required timescale.
  
• Ensure all contractors and subcontractors undertake risk assessments, establish, demonstrate and maintain safe systems.
  
• Plan, organise, implement, review and monitor their procedures with respect to Environmental impact.
  
• Active management of the construction process at site level on Design & Build projects.
