HOUSEKEEPING STAFF with other cleaning duties
We are recruiting housekeeping staff who are responsible, reliable, energetic and capable of cleaning rooms to a high standard. Candidates need to understand the importance of well-presented rooms and how simple, small touches can make a difference to a customer’s stay. This is a physical job so applicants need to be fit, healthy and preferably non-smokers.

KITCHEN PORTER/HOUSEKEEPER
We are currently recruiting a kitchen porter to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated and hard working. As an award winning hotel and restaurant we aim to maintain our high standards, therefore it is vital that the applicant realises the importance of order, cleanliness and hygiene. Daily duties will involve basic food preparation(peeling potatoes etc), pot washing & generally keeping the kitchen and hotel clean & tidy.

Location
Our location is very rural, 2 hours from Edinburgh, so to make travelling a little easier we offer the use of staff cars.
