Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted to work in the Midlands, responsible for projects ranging from £5 - £15 million. Ideal for Australian residents wishing to work in the UK.

Tasks & Responsibilities include:

• Site management
  
• External applications
  
• s/c procurement
  
• C/V reporting
  
• Cost control
  
• Project cash control

Requirements:

Applicants are preferred to have a minimum of 8 years experience within the Building/Construction Industry. Effective communication skill are a must to communicate with all levels of the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for effective site communication. You must also be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to manage one/two graduates or industrial placement and their role on site. A driving license is also essential.
