Civil Agent
Throughout North East London
£42k to £50k + Benefits

The Civil Agent will report to the Project Manager and Contract Manger and will oversee the day to day running of various job sites. This role requires someone who will be confident enough to deal with issues straight away and act in a timely manor. The Agent will be responsible for planning works and be financially minded. The Civil Agent must have excellent communication skills as the position will include liaising with senior management and the client.

Role Description

The Civil Agent will be responsible for the management of civil work, including;
•Various schemes
•Water and Infrastructure works
•Ducts and Drainage
•Groundwork's

Required Experience
•Excellent understanding of civil construction practices and management systems
•A solutions-orientated attitude with proven leadership qualities
•HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
•Previous demonstrated experience in understanding contractual and commercial aspects
•Technical knowledge of Water and Drainage networks
•Other heavy civil engineering background would be an advantage.

Benefits Package
£42,000 to £50,000 + car or allowance + pension depending on experience
