This award winning gastro pub has received widespread acclaim nationally for its excellent cuisine and hospitality and now seeks a Restaurant Supervisor. Located in an area renowned for the very finest of restaurants our client has earned an enviable reputation and Michelin recognition. In order to maintain its excellent standing we seek an experienced Restaurant Supervisor preferably with experience at a minimum 1 rosette level to assist the management team. As Restaurant Supervisor you will be a hands on leader , capable of taking and processing food and drink orders , organise service staff and monitor wet stock with excellent communication skills and a competence in both numeracy and literacy in order to perform in this demanding role. The position of Restaurant Supervisor is live in.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
