Job Description
My client in Ealing is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to run a 40-place day centre for adults aged 18 to 64 with a physical disability and/or a sensory impairment. You must have at least two years experience running a similar home, an NVQ 4 and have a current CRB.
Kay tasks to be delivered:
Managing the staff team
Managed the centre budget
Managing an effective staff rota
Meeting performance targets for reviews and supported employment
Preparing staff and users for the role out of the personalisation agenda
Maintaining effective links with Care Management Teams and other partner agencies.
