An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager within a major global multidisciplinary consultancy.
This strategic position will be a site based role where you will be heading up the client’s supervision team on a new 212,000m2 University Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
A large focus of this role will be to manage the construction teams ensuring the contractor meets its contracted obligations whilst ensuring that the quality, budget and program constraints of the client are honored and respected, ensuring project success.
You will be responsible for managing Senior Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscaping and Building Services staff so a key element will be creating an environment where team members enjoy their work, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the project and optimisation of the client’s profitability
Applicants should ideally be degree qualified, have strong relevant industry experience with Chartership status.
You will need a proven track record as a project manager on multi-disciplinary and multi-million pound schemes and have a background of successful delivery to time and budget. Previous experience of working to UK, US or Canadian standards as well as former international projects will be advantageous.
