Associate Architect
For one of the UK's largest and most progressive architectural and engineering design practices. As Associate Architect you will work on projects from £500k to over £100 million adding to an excellent reputation high quality designs and their buildability - over 80% of projects get built. Providing national strength with local knowledge.

Joining a team of 12 architects in the Birmingham office, working in our lead sectors of Defence Law & Order and growing in Education, Workplace and Transport.
You will be an Associate with good design and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
+ Developing clients briefs and winning the business
+ Build and maintain Client relationships and help identify business opportunities.
+ Management of projects from £1m to £100m in value, meeting the Clients' objectives concerning quality, cost & programme.
+ Execution of the larger projects with defined design, cost and programme parameters.
+ Provide technical input and supervise technical input by other team members.
+ Prepare quality submissions and offers with the support of the Associate Director.

Required Qualifications and experience
- ARCUK registered architect with a good portfolio of completed work demonstrating good design skills and construction knowledge.
- AutoCAD or Revit proficient with sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Experience of education/ schools projects a definite advantage.
