One of our leading clients requires a Site Engineer for their £200m + Rail Station upgrade project in central London. The project itself comprises the redevelopment on the station facia, ticket hall and associated London Underground Station.

The position requires a competent setting out Engineer who is experienced with all aspects of site engineering, setting out and managing sub-contractors. There is also an element of engineering paperwork, survey data processing and reports.

The contractor is one of the major players based in the UK. With an annual turnover exceeding £8bn, they undertake projects across the civil engineering spectrum from roads, bridges and earthworks to water, rail and marine.

The ideal candidate will have:

•Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
•Relevant site experience on a large scale civil engineering project is required
•Roads and / or bridges project experience is desirable
•Able to use total stations and / or GPS unaided
•Relevant CSCS card and National Insurance number is critical

An excellent salary of between £25k and £30k + package will be offered to the successful candidate.
