One of our leading clients requires a Site Manager with Tunnels experience to work on their high value upgrade of a major rail station n central London. The project itself comprises the redevelopment on the station facia, ticket hall and associated London Underground Station.
Reporting to the Project manager you will hold responsibility for the management of the works on a nightly basis ensuring that the project to times are completed to project scope and too Health and Safety requirements. In addition you will hold responsibility for the management and coordination of subcontractors ensuring maximum out put is achieved.

As Site Manager you must:
•Possess proven static experience of the management of LUL Station refurbishments
•Hold strong experience in the management of sub contractors
•Possess experience of working for a main contractor
•Ideally hold a HND or equivalent in a relevant field
•Have strong Health and Safety Standards
•Possess relevant site certifications
•Be able to completely manage night works handing over competently to the day team
•Be confident in the use of IT packages
