Brasserie Head Waiter Northamptonshire £18,000 + Tips + Live In

Following substantial development this superb award winning country house hotel has enjoyed ever increasing popularity and, as a result, seek an organised, presentable, energetic Head Waiter to support the existing management team in the pursuit of establishing the property as the leading country retreat in the East Midlands.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for maintaining prompt and precise service throughout the brasserie operation

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a minimum 4 star 2 Rosette environment

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus

Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
