An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented couple who can demonstrate a thorough
Knowledge of all areas of hospitality. As the Inn Management Couple you will be responsible for the hands on management all areas of the Inn and estate lodges. Reporting to the hotel directors the Inn Management Couple will, jointly, possess relevant up market experience encompassing the ability to cook simple , high quality dishes , maintain the highest levels of service and hospitality whilst ensuring the accommodation is serviced in keeping with the status of this luxury country estate. The estate is set amongst some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Western Scottish Highlands and offers the rare opportunity for a country lover to combine hard work with a healthy environment.
The Inn Management Couple will possess a proven track record in working within budgets and maintaining and exceeding agreed targets, the ability to do so being rewarded with a target bonus. With a proven track record indicating strong financial acumen the Inn Management Couple will be responsible for stock control in both kitchen and bar which will require in depth product knowledge and the ability to work closely with new and existing suppliers to maximise both guest satisfaction and profitability. The Inn Management Couple will be excellent team builders and strong motivators , as the Inn is seasonal the ability to source suitable seasonal employees is essential to the successful operation of the business.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
