Bid Manager/Assistant Project Manager: A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join a Global multi-disciplinary railway consultancy.

The successful Bid Manager / Assistant Project Manager will required to join the Rail team in Birmingham or York, and get the chance to work on various exciting rail projects in the . You will act as Assistant Project Manager, and will be required to prepare financial and project management reports for tendering purposes.

You should have a proven railways background. It is desirable that you have experience in delivering signalling and telecoms projects. Previous relevant project management experience is essential. You must have excellent people management skills and commercial awareness. You will have experience in tendering and knowledge of local railway clients. An Engineering Degree and Project Management qualification (APM/MAPM) is also required.
