Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Essex
Salary: £24K + Depending on Experience
One of our leading clients - a mid tier - UK Contractor requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyors to work on their civil infrastructure term maintenance contract.
The project itself encompasses a range of highways, drainage, earthworks, bridge refurbishment and other civils elements. The ideal candidates will hold tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and have project experience within the civils industry and ideally on TMC's.
Role and responsibilities:
•Assist with the management of sub contract accounts including interrogation, procurement, payments, variations and final accounts.
•Assisting leading QS with cost reporting - monitoring & reforecast, forecasting & predictability of final costs and weekly forecasting
•Interaction with client.
