A Building Services Sustainability Consultant is required for this leading, global multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in central London (Zone 1)

You will be working in a specialist team and interact with over 50 MEP Engineers and get involved in;

*Building Simulation & Modelling (TAS, IES, Ecotect)

*Energy audits and predictions

*Providing strategic sustainability advice to clients

*Part L submissions

*Performance specifications

*Production of EPC's

*Managing your won projects

Current projects include;

*Mixed use

*Commercial

*Stadiums

*Leisure

*Infrastructure

*Waterside developments

*Master planning

You will be cross trained in MEP and have ample opportunity to grow and develop within the team and also get involved in numerous flagship projects in the UEA, Lybia, Morocco and the USA.

This is an opportunity to join a top 50, global engineering practice that is leading the way in Renewables and Sustainability and help clients start bridging the gap between theory and practice.

The ideal individual will be degree qualified in Building Services, have at least 5 years experience in a consulting role and be a competent user of TAS or IES. Additional qualifications as a BREEAM assessor, Low Carbon Consultant or Low Carbon Energy Assessor would be advantageous.
