Job Description

This busy London Hospital is looking for a number of Estates Officers to join it's states and maintenance team to manage the maintenance supervisors and lead the Mechanical Engineering and Grounds Maintenance teams.

Candidates should be qualified as an Estates Officer at a minimum level of HNC. Previous experience working in a healthcare environment would be beneficial.

Other usefull experience includes practical engineering skills and an ability to solve complex problems as well as proven experience in the management of staff. Applicants should be HV authorised.

These are temp to perm roles, and successful candidates will be invited to work on a three month trial. Following this trial, a permanent position will become available with all the relevant benefits.
