Signalling Design Manager: An opportunity exists for an experienced Signalling Design Manager to join the fastest growing contractors in the rail industry. Leading a design team, you'll deliver a range of rail signalling projects. It's a key challenge that will involve ensuring that relevant procedures, standards, controls and best practices are correctly implemented. You'll also provide day-to-day support for staff and take responsibility for approving work.

My client is looking for a proven people manager with significant experience in rail/signalling design. You should have relevant IRSE signalling licences, and also be a strong communicator who's able to coach and mentor staff.

Operating across mainline and underground rail, you will help to carry out high-profile work for key clients such as Network Rail, London Underground, and all the major train operating companies.
