As part of the business' planned growth, This leading consultancy are actively looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to work alongside and compliment an existing Building Surveying team.

You contribute to the team with their existing knowledge of project delivery and provision of Building Surveying services, by return the candidate will be part of an expanding team that are purely focused on Building Surveying delivery and who are well-established internally and externally for their expertise.

You will provide high quality advice across the full range of professional building surveying services including dilapidation's, pre-acquisition surveys, DDA and repair contracts.

The ideal candidate will be recently chartered with the RICS and be creative, client facing. Their key clients are Royal Mail, YHA, John Lewis Partnership.
