Job Description

We are owner run and have worked extremely hard to build a regular clientele that keep returning for our fabulous food and service, and 6 lovely en-suite rooms. We are seeking to employ a single person who would share the same sort of passion for our business - we would hope an applicant would stay until at least until September.
Individuals that have thrived with us before have tended to have already worked in the UK for a while, and have some knowledge of the uk food and drink industry, and been bright and bubbly, independent people who are at home in a small but busy team. We are in a very rural location, but get incredibly busy, so you would need to be customer focused when serving meals and drinks as well as working in the kitchen. We are more of a restaurant than a pub.
