We love wine, quality imported beer and quality local produce. Our food is simple, local , that requires excellent, knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic service.

Ideally you are experienced in leisure and hospitality; seek to learn and are flexible. We obviously offer full training and an ongoing programme to the right candidates.

Please note that our service / tips policy is solely for all staff employees. We distribute an equal amount on a daily basis. This significantly increases the hourly rate of pay.

An hourly rate of £6 per hour per person contracted to a minimum of 35-48 hours per week, we pay our staff per hour worked therefore you should take this as a guide. A normal working week includes 2 days off.

Duties will involve a high level of customer service, operating the bar, floor and when necessary other duties in the house which may include breakfast service at busy times.
