AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU SHOULD:

be exceptionally fluent in English, both written and oral

be a career orientated person

be able to produce at a consistantly high level

always be immaculately dressed

be able to communicate with other staff and management efficiently and accurately

want to be part of a dynamic, award winning team

be willing and able to go the extra mile, for guests and collegues alike

have at least 4 years post school/university full time hospitality or similiar experience

be very accurate with typing, spelling and correspondence

have an above average telephone manner

be exceptionally neat and tidy in the way you work

have a positive disposition

and possibly want to climb the ladder within our business to be a meaniful part of management in the future
