Job Description
Experienced Shift Supervisor required for busy hotel restaurant in a beautiful Cornish seaside town.
Candidates must be bright, dynamic and have excellent customer service skills. A good knowledge of food and drink will be necessary. Role will include running of restaurant on managers days off, cash handling and use of Micros Till System to set up and pay off checks, waiting on tables and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Split shifts, 5 days of 7. Live In available.
Latest start date 20th April 2009, Immediate start available to right candidate.
