Senior Quantity Surveyors – Sewage Treatment

•Recent experience is required covering this role working for a main Contractor within Sewage Treatment Works. The ideal candidate would have worked on long term projects covering the following duties.

•Please ensure that your CV shows the relevance to each area of the job description to be considered.

•Capable of handling all the commercial and contractual aspects of a single contract (or group of contracts) of typically £1m turnover a month or up to the value of £10m
•Full cradle to grave account management of a wide variety of sub-contracts, including bespoke packages
•Able to lead Client negotiation on commercial and contractual matters
•Compilation on of CV and forecast reports on the performance of contracts
•Compile, submit and agree the varied financial effects of variations, including identifying and developing submissions for the financial effects of prolongation and disruption issues
•Compile, submit, substantiate and agree main account final accounts
•Ensure accurate record keeping is maintained by the site team
•Responsible for working with the BMS, HSQE, CSR guidelines and promote on all projects
•To take an interest in and assist in all aspects of the project and lead commercial matters
