Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in North London on a contract basis. The contract will initially be on a six month basis, with an option for extension thereafter.

Experience within the Public Sector is an essential requirement for this position, ideally within a local authority.

This role will lead a range of exciting projects within the area, and the following skills/qualifications are required for a successful application;

• Prince2 qualified practitioner or similar project management qualification.
• Experience of delivering capital projects, including experience in the public sector.
• Experience of leading the delivery of capital projects with a minimum value of £10 million.
• Experience in delivering projects through partnership working.
• Clear understanding and experience of property issues and the ability to negotiate on property matters.
• Well organised and proactive.
• Empathetic and adept at communicating with the local community and stakeholders.
• Experience of OJEU and other procurement procedures.
