Job Description
WAITING STAFF must definitely have the ability to speak and communicate fluenty in English previous experience in a top quality fine dining establishment as well as excellent customer care, service skills, patience, tact, intuition, the ability to multi-task and work well individually and as part of a team.
Staff accommodation in one of our 5 cottages, uniforms are provided, Sky T.V., washing machine, dryers, linen, towels etc are providedas well as fully equipped kitchen in each staff cottage.
Our location is rural, 2 hours from Edinburgh, so to make travelling a little easier we offer the use of staff cars (nominal charge applies), as well as mountain bikes and boats.
