Degree qualified Cost Control Engineer required for high profile projects with prestigious contracting company in Saudi Arabia.

The company are part of a larger group with huge success across The Middle East and are currently expanding on their already strong portfolio of heavy construction, civil works and operation/maintenance relating to those works. Established for over 3 decades they are one of the premier firms in the region with offices spread across the Kingdom and a reputation for excellence in civil and building construction.

Working with the support of a team who pride themselves on customer satisfaction and quality of work, you will be responsible for supervising and planning various costing/ budgeting activities of all projects and performing cost analysis and action reports. You will use your honed planning and organising skills to monitor the expenditures of all projects and identifying potential ways to balance the expenditure of financial resources.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will use your professional knowledge in standards, materials, financial planning and project costing and control to provide comprehensive analysis for all projects and oversee all related costing and budgeting affairs. Your skills will include accuracy, strong coordination ability and follow up skills with the capacity to track and analyse detailed information.

The successful candidate must have a B.Sc in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, 12 years experience in preparing and analysing of construction schedules and proficiency in Primavera Enterprise and Primavera Contract Manager. The main focus of this role is to oversee the evaluation of various financial aspects related to the project demands and provide guidance to accountants in order to achieve financial goals and objectives.
