Prestigious Engineering Contractor with divisions in roads, water, nuclear and coastal projects for both the public and private sectors with values of up to approximately £75 million.
Seeking a Quantity Surveyor : Road/ Bridges/ Structures Experience Must live within travelling distance - East Cambridgeshire/ Norwich

£25,000 - £40,000
Benefits and Package

Duties
•Capable of handling day-to-day commercial and contractual aspects of one contract up to the value of £5m
•Manage sub-contract procurement, negotiation and settlement of interim and final accounts
•Assist in CV and forecast reports on performance on the performance of contracts
•Accurate forecasting
Person Specification
•UK driving licence
•Roads, Bridge Structures Background
•Worked for a Main Civil Construction Engineering Contractor
•Have gained experience in undertaking all duties as stated above
•A BSc or equivalent qualification is desirable
•Minimum 5 years Quantity Surveying Experience with at least 2 years within a main contractor environment
•Ideally located within: East of Cambs, Norwich, Newmarket, Huntingdon
