The Water division provides an integrated engineering and construction capability for projects in the water industry. This capability includes the process expertise and civil engineering to undertake projects ranging from minor revamps to the delivery of complete new facilities and upgrading programmes.

Experience of working as for a contractor in a Waste & Clean Water Backgound Will Only Be Considered.

Job Description

•Capable of handling all the commercial and contractual aspects of a single contract (or group of contracts) of typically £1m turnover a month or up to the value of £10m
•Full cradle to grave account management of a wide variety of sub-contracts, including bespoke packages
•Able to lead Client negotiation on commercial and contractual matters
•Compilation on of CV and forecast reports on the performance of contracts
•Compile, submit and agree the varied financial effects of variations, including identifying and developing submissions for the financial effects of prolongation and disruption issues
•Compile, submit, substantiate and agree main account final accounts
•Ensure accurate record keeping is maintained by the site team
•Responsible for working with the BMS, HSQE, CSR guidelines and promote on all projects
•To take an interest in and assist in all aspects of the project and lead commercial matters
