Your primary objective will be to play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Local Development Frameworks with specific emphasis on affordable and hi-density housing. Additional areas of responsibility include the monitoring and review of spatial strategy in conjunction with advice on Unitary Development Plans and Local Development Documents. Essential requirements are 2-3 years as a policy planner with at least 1 year in a UK public sector institution.
