With a current market capitalisation in excess of QAR 2 billion, the company has entered a period of rapid growth.

As a senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to lead the cycle of projects and to further develop the business. You will primarily be involved in large scale retail and hospitality projects across the Middle East, up to the value of USD US 5 billion.

To be considered, you will have:

- Degree is Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years post graduate experience.
- Previous hospitality and / or retail project experience in the Middle East.
- MRICS, AIQS, or NZIQS membership.
- Fluent Arabic speaking skills.
