The Client:
Our client is a specialist M&E contractor working on a major infrastructure project in Greater London. The project itself involves building fit-out and installation of underground services.

The position:
Our client requires M&E Project Engineer to be based on site and report directly to the Project Manager. They will be required to manage the Mechanical and Electrical installation/upgrade within a tunnel within the greater London area.

The key responsibilities for the position are:
To ensure the M&E complies with the client's specification and all standards and regulations.
Liaise with designers and sub-contractors to deal with RFI's and TQ's and ensure successful completion of works within programme and budget.
Managing sub-contractors on site.
Liaise directly with all involved parties including the client.
QA and associated paperwork.

The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience with M&E construction on tunnel projects.
have a related degree/ HND qualification or similar (mechanical/electrical/civil)
have a good knowledge of QA, British Standards, and other relevant documents.
have a valid CSCS Supervisors card
