Our client is a world-class property management company, trusted by our clients to manage a prestigious, unrivalled portfolio of mixed-use developments and landmark properties across the UK.

They now have a requirement for an Engineering Manager to join the team in the Kings Cross - Euston area and are seeking applications from individuals with outstanding customer facing skills ideally gained in a mix of environments including retail, commercial and some residential.

Again, candidates will need to possess excellent customer facing skills, strong leadership and sub contractor management exposure along with good working knowledge of working regulations for M&E plant, lifts, fabric etc. In return our customer offers an excellent working environment on an state of an art campus, stable working environment and an excellent package inclusive of shares.
