Job Description
This busy M&E Contractor is looking for a Maintenance Manager to head up their London business unit and manage a team of maintenance engineers.
The company has recently broken into building services having been successful in providing installation services to the industry for many years. They are now looking for someone to help push the business forward, secure more contracts, and manage the team of engineers.
Applicants should come from a maintenance background, and have skills working with chillers, pumps, and all planed maintenance. Although this is a static role, as Maintenance Manager, you may be required to cover the mobile engineers and assist with the on-call rota.
This is a permanent role, with a three month trial period, where you will be site based with one of the existing clients.
