Job Description

Looking for either a couple, one must be a cook/chef and the other bar/restaurant or 2 people the same requirements, either friends or 2 seperate individuals. Working hours can be flexible to be agreed (could be 5/4 days a week). we are a busy pub with restaurant and main bar and also a sports bar with Sky sports, pool and darts. Traditional pub food, pizzas and Sunday carvery.

We are situated in Bridgwater, near Taunton and half way between Exeter and Bristol. The pub is called the Admirals Landing on the Canal basin. There is a seperate flat a few yards down the canal with 2 double rooms, large lounge, open kitchen and bathroom/toilet.

Chef/cook must be able to do grill work and be flexible, willing to help with general kitchen hygiene and cleaning and be able to keep a good sense of fun. Front of house person would be working on the bar, waiting as well as a helping hand with washing up when needed whilst also maintaining a good sense of humour.
