Job Description
Our award winning, fine dining, 2AA restaurant in Hampshire are in need of reliable and competent Sommelier . We currently have a brigade of 4/5 and will be looking to expand the team over the next few weeks.
Our restaurant is extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 200 customers per service. We are looking for new talent and candidates who are looking to develop their careers further.
Because we offer English cuisine, fluency in English is a MUST! Also due to high standards it is important that you will have completed your Catering Diploma in WSET and have experience in a 4/5* Hotel or AA Restaurant.
