Our client , one of the U.K ‘s most prestigious country house hotels is seeking the services of a standards driven Dining Room Manager who will ensure the very highest levels of customer care within the fine dining restaurant operation. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the Dining Room Manager will oversee every aspect of restaurant service. As the directors have made substantial investment in the property the Dining Room Manager will oversee the quest to gain three rosettes and improve the local and national profile of the restaurant. The Dining Room Manager may presently be working as an assistant restaurant manager or head waiter seeking their first Head of Department position and the opportunity to express their passion for first class service.
