These vacancies (one at a more senior level) are for individuals who are available until the end of October 2009, perhaps longer. These would be great development opportunities for bright, energetic people who want to make a name for themselves in the hospitality industry or would be an ideal summer job for a student. The Senior General Assistant will have previous experience in a similar establishment within the UK.

These positions would also suit those who’d like to work hard but still have time to see some of Scotland. The successful candidates will work in most areas of this small operation in supporting the owners to ensure that the highest standards of quality and hospitality are provided to our guests. They will be as comfortable with cleaning the bedrooms as serving the wines from our award winning list.

We would also love to hear from someone who is passionate about food, someone who can cook a great breakfast, can support our existing kitchen team and is willing to learn a bit about high quality ingredients and how we prepare them. We also often have part-time vacancies for restaurant, housekeeping and dish-washing positions.
