Qualified Social worker / Care manager required to work in a busy but friendly team who offer a care management services to inpatients over 18yrs in an Acute General hospital. We need a hard working and highly motivated person who can deliver a quality service to patients and their carers. Should have experience of working with people who have disabilities or older people in a care management setting preferably. Good communication skills verbally and written Very good computer skills ideally previous experience of working in a hospital.

The Position is to start ASAP and is for 3 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered and have a current CRB. We will offer you the best rates available in addition to our development opportunities you will be supported by an expert social work consultant who will support you throughout your placement.
