Job Description
We are immediately seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the fixed wire electrical contract (EAWR) for our retail clients portfolio and to manage the branch closure contractors and operations. Provide additional property maintenance support and facilities checks required by the Senior Building Surveying & Facilities Manager.
Principal accountabilities:
•Receive and record details from test certificates
•Tabulate costs for remedial works
•Instruct and monitor remedial works
•Check and authorise contractor's invoices for testing and remedial works
•Maintain trackers for annual programmes and details for all branches
•Resolve queries arising from Landlords, EHOs, etc
•Audit remedial works to 20% of branches and issue snagging lists as required
•Recording fire alarm, emergency lighting and portable appliance testing certificates and ensuring up to date records are held on our online database.
•Produce regular spreadsheets and reports on spend to budget.
•Attend regular contractor review meetings with all our suppliers to ensure SLA's and KPI's are meet.

•Good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
