Job Description
We need a hard working, enthusiastic, very hands on GM with a good sense of humour amd with both fast moving restaurant and C&B experience. A great people-person with proven leadership and management successes and used to managing two or three departments.
Package up to 28K basic salary, performance bonus of £300 per month based on GP & revenue, cash tips and private health care cover.
