Job Description
Award winning establishment located on the picuresque North West coast of the Scottish Highlands, offering the chance for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. We specialise in local seafood, and all of our dishes are homemade and cooked with fresh local produce.
You should be creative with a passion for food, and preferably a knowledge of seafood. You should be able to work under pressure to consistently high standards, and be hard working, reliable and flexible. Accommodation will be provided.
