Pastry Chef de Partie 3 Rosette £18,000 – £21,000 + Live in + Tips
Talented Junior Sous Chef required to join the team of this fantastic coastal Hotel Restaurant pushing for 3 Rosettes. As Pastry Chef you would be expected to take a very active role in service, capable of running your section including ordering, organising prep lists, and writing dessert menus etc whilst preparing all Ice creams, Bread, Pastry and dessert Products.
The Head Chef has a strong 3 Rosette and Michelin Star Background and has managed to source some of the best supplies in Suffolk on his quest for perfection.
To apply for this position you need to be at least an experienced Chef de Partie already at least 2 Rosette but keen to push on for more and keen to learn from a very talented chef who has ‘returned home' after many years away at some of the country's top properties
