Job Description

This leading building services contractor is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to look after a one-man site in Chancery Lane. The site is a commercial office and requires maintenance during standard office hours.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be required to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on all elements of the building. As such, experience of both electrical and mechanical building maintenance is required. Specific experience working with BMS Trend systems, UPS systems and Power Generators is desirable, but not essential.

The shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime when required. As the sole technician in the building, you will in a client facing position so good communication and presentation is essential, and there will be an element of administration and reporting to undertake.
