Job Description
Chef de Partie required for a busy highland hotel 24 bedrooms, 1 (chasing 2nd) Rosette restaurant, in the centre of a really nice Highland village. Close to beaches,world class golf course nearby.
You would be workinvg with a team of 3 other chefs, plus kitchen asistants. Our Head Chef, Brian was highly commended in the rural chef of the year award in Glasgow recently.
We work 5 days from 7, and pay 5 weeks holiday per year.
A commitment for at leats this season is required.
We would also have a job available for a partner in Bar or Food Service.
