Road Maintenance Schemes Engineer - Manchester Location
Main Contractor seeking Freelance and Permanent Site Engineers to manage ongoing schemes of highway maintenance and infrastructure upgrades in and around the Manchester area.
Candidates Suitable backgrounds include civil engineering, surveying and site supervision
Previous experience in a Highways environment is preferred as the program involves:
- Managing multiple schemes ranging from earthworks to communication installations, drainage & RC structures
- Strong adherence to safe working culture and understanding of traffic management procedures
- Monitoring & reporting of progress on works; communication of instructions to subcontractors and management and supervision for sections of work.
Immediate start and long term ongoing contracts;
Must have full and valid Driver Licence;
