Agent – Piling/Ground Solutions
North London
Permanent: £35k + (plus package)

Our client, a major UK main contractor, requires an agent for a major infrastructure project based in North London. The candidate requires relevant experience in piling, retaining walls and other ground solutions.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
•Good understanding of current H & S legislation and Incident Reporting.
•Able to build a project team to get the job done.
•Understands organisational business management systems and processes.
•Confident programming projects, managing and allocation of resources to achieve milestones.
•Confident with commercial aspects of running projects including forecasting, running to budget, managing cost vs value and contractual issues.
•Ability to set and monitor targets and KPIs with regards to project and sub-contractor outputs.
•Comfortable managing procurement of sub-contractors and materials.
•Competent managing project risk and producing relevant schedules and reviews.

To fill this position you must have relevant experience at the required level combined with a drive to succeed, confidence and ability to push a project along.
