Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Children and Families Care Management team in East Sussex. You will be managing your clients on a long term basis. Your duties will include risk assessments, care plans, writing reports (Case Conference reports, Court reports, reports for reviews and planning meetings) and other general social work duties.
Initially this is a temporary position for three months which may become ongoing for the right candidate. You will be asked to provide an Enhanced Disclosure and will also need to be registered with the GSCC. We will meet the costs to renew your CRB .
