We are currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work within Social Services Community Care. The vacancy is based in Bournemouth within the referral and assessment team. It is essential that the candidates are warranted AMHP/ASW who have experience of working in an Older Persons CMHT or has worked with Older People with Mental Health needs in a locality team. Candidates must be experienced in carrying out Safeguarding Investigations, have upto date experience of the assessment & care management process. Candidates are required to hold a clear enhanced CRB, references covering the last 5 years and a full CV covering, explaining any gaps in your employment history and also having the reasons for leaving previous posts. Candidates need to be registered with the General Social Care Council.
