Job Description
Our client is a well established property company who focus on prime retail property assets within the UK. They are looking to add to their already highly successful team, and as such are looking for two MRICS Shopping Centre Property Managers.
The Role:
• Ensuring that all rents, service charges, insurance and other payments are demanded, paid and collected when due.
• Dealing promptly with all L & T issues, including applications for consent to assign, sublet, alter and changes of use.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of service charge budgets.
• Deal promptly with allocated rent reviews, lease renewals and other tenancy events, instructing and supervising agents when necessary.
• To verify the details of invoices and to authorise payment within the financial authority.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, Asset Managers, shopping centre teams and tenants.
The Person:
• MRICS
• Recent solid shopping centre management experience within day to day property management, NOT asset management.
• Happy to take on a role which contains a lot of administrative duties, such as database upkeep/reporting etc.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident communicator and good at building relationships.
